Larry C. Sears
Larry C. Sears has been an insurance agent since 1972, providing insurance programs to clients in 24 states. In 1988, he opened Sears & Associates, Inc. using his expertise in assisting local businesses with their insurance needs. He has been a past President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, in addition to a President of the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce.
Kathleen Reneé Sears
Kathleen Reneé Sears has been in the insurance business since 1970, previously working directly for insurance companies, providing great insight she is happy to share with her clients. In 1988, she opened Sears & Associates, Inc. with Larry Sears. She has held the positions of Treasurer and Secretary of the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, in addition to being a Board Member of the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce and holding the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
Paula Carpine has been in the insurance industry since 2000, previously working for a Health & Welfare brokerage firm. Paula joined us in 2003 and is a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent. She is from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in the North East of England, and moved to the United States in 1999. She has since become a US Citizen.
Deborah Christopher joined us in 2010. Debbie is the friendly voice that answers the phone, always willing to assists clients with their billing and general questions, among other duties. Debbie is the person that keeps us moving forward each day.
Genia has been in the insurance industry since 2000, previously working as an Insurance Inspector and Auditor, eventually moving to the agency side of the business. She currently holds her designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is working on obtaining an Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist Designation.
Maggie Mae is our 17 year old senior long-haired dachshund who comes to our office each day. As she is an older dog, most of her day is spent sleeping. She has it pretty ruff…
